to be perfect…no blemishes….no dark circles…..at the touch of a photo software…to be thinner? no problem….no diet necessary..longer legs?…..on paper at least……..No wonder young girls are so insecure about their looks…The lie on the page deceives them..But still…..we can\’t stop ourselves looking and sighing…..(me anyway)…and although you know it\’s false it still \’draws\’ you…

Frightening, isn\’t it? Nothing seems real anymore, except the artificial. To be honest, I really don\’t think that perfection is so pleasing; I prefer quirkiness, a lived-in face full of character.
Thanks for your comments on Louis\’ future biking career, very witty! Seeing as the little man won\’t be 3 until Christmas Eve, he has plenty of time to make up his own mind…..and he won\’t want to be hanging out with us oldies.
